Bruno and the Outrageous Methods of Presentation is the situationist un-group masterminded by Bruno Bof — the eternal teenage rock and roll prodigy, born in Bristol in 2005 to Brazilian and English motherfatherlodes.
A one-boy racket factory, Bruno has spent his short life splatter-gunning out records — dozens of them — a dada mess of garage-punk, power-pop, Oi!, mod stomp and nihilistic void-noise, all written, misspelled and self-released by his own hand. Crude sound for fringe people.
Before he’d even finished being a teenager he’d been spotted by Jason Pierce, asked to DJ by Bobby Gillespie, and bundled into Zak Starkey’s studio to cut a single with Glen Matlock on bass. On stage and off he’s shared the racket with Damo Suzuki, Beak>, The Nightingales, The Bobby Lees and The Schizophonics — wherever they’ll have him, and several places they won’t.
The new double A-side — Tire Iron / You Know I Love You — arrives on Bruno’s own Bagful of Walnuts Records, launched at The Old England, Bristol, on 14th August.

Bass Guitar — A card-carrying punk lifer: she made a glorious racket in ’90s riot-grrrl agitators Mambo Taxi and has held down the low end in garage-punk outfit The A-Lines. Brings a proper pedigree and decades of no-nonsense noise to the Outrageous Methods.
